Degree Overview
Vocational Calling
To service as a ministerial staff member (particularly as executive pastor, church administrator, church ministries director, lifespan ministry leader, worship leader, or associate pastor) in local churches as well as missions, denominational agencies, and other related ministries.
Program Outcomes
1. Knowledge and understanding of essential ministry administration and leadership practices used in local churches and its ministries.
2. Skill in creating a ministry leadership development strategy to help churches fulfill the great commission.
3. Growth in personal and spiritual maturity.
