Major Overview

The Theology major is intended for students seeking to proclaim biblical and theological Christian truth. The 30-hour major is composed of courses in systematic, biblical, and historical theology, including major Christian doctrines and interdisciplinary topics. Students earning this major will be capable of constructing contemporary theology using sound hermeneutical methods and position themselves well for a smooth transition into various degrees in NOBTS graduate programs, including specializations in Christian Thought, Apologetics, and Biblical Studies.
